It's your lucky day, Pretties! I'm following up
umpty million travel photos with today's children's birthday party photos!!! I mean,
WHEN will the excitement on this blog ever end?!
Ahem.
If you'll allow me just one more day of personal photos, we'll get back to the business of being Prettier Than Everyone Else next time. Pinky swear. No, really.
Until then, please enjoy
endure many, many photos of yesterday's dual Father's Day and Master P second birthday (!) celebrations:

Outsourcing the toddler birthday party (and resultant clean-up) = best idea ever. Like, totally.

 |
Cupcakes by Simply Sweet; can't say enough about how wonderful these ladies are to work with.
|
 |
| How mommyblogger am I - I made centerpieces! From printables I purchased here on Etsy all by myself *smug pats on back*! |
 |
| Do not be deceived by this temporarily angelic face (also, personalized jon jon available here) |
 |
| This is right before he stuck his fingers into the flames #boymommoment |
(Edited to Add: what sort of WASP posts party photos without including the Pretty Paper?! Here are the templates for the invitations and thank-you notes respectively . . .)
 |
| (Obviously this is a template - the one I created/sent had a major typo.) (Of course) (Sigh) (Parentheses) |
 |
| Personalized notes from one of my favorites; yes, Master P is too young to write notes, but we start as we mean to go on here at Pretty HQ. |
Thank you for indulging this Smug Mummy moment. Back to Pretty business next time . . .

aw so cute! My nephew loves Thomas the tank engine. My niece had her 2nd birthday party this year at the little gym around here! It was adorable watching them with the parachute and jumping on the trampoline and whatnot. Happy Birthday, Master P!
Squeeeeeee!!! Preciousness!!! Must not let M see this; he has baby fever. I'm still angling for some Varinas first.
I want to be you when I grow up. That is all.
Happy Birthday to J! I'm very impressed with the party details - all smug mummy-ness is well deserved. He looks so much like you in that first pic - adorable as all get-out!
Very impressed with the crafting. I can't believe he is two! And I agree, he's looking a lot like you in these pics.
Happy Birthday, MP! Those cupcakes look amazing! Good job to you for getting it all together after vacay.
I forget that he's only 6 months older than C. He's 18 months today and I may have a little cry about it.
This is sooo cute. Love it!!
Very cute! You did a great job with the centerpiece and it looks like Master P had a smashing time.
I know someone else that would LOVE this party! H is so into Thomas too. Thankfully we haven't watched the show/movies (I can't stand the voices).
Looks like a very fun party! I love Master P's jonjon. Very festive!
Love the theme! You did a great job!! He is so adorable too, obviously!
Oh, this is making me nostalgic! Mini #1's second birthday party was a Thomas party too. Completely adorable pics of Master P, as usual.
You did a great job on his party. I am impressed! It's like a post pulled from pinterest or something. He's really cute....looks just like you.
His party turned out so stinking cute!! And what 2 year old does not love Thomas!! Those cupcakes and cookies look amazing! Great job girl!
Precious party!! I love the invites especially.
He is so big! and looking more and more like you. Adorable. I love all the details. What a perfect party!
A very, very happy birthday to your boy, who really is getting quite big. And nice work by Mom:).
